MSM is the system dedicated to Master Servicers or securitization companies, Financial Intermediaries involved in credit securitization operations who have the task of monitoring the activity of companies specialized in recovery (Special Servicer) and guaranteeing the regulatory compliance of vehicle companies ( SPV) and transparency towards investors.
The Master Servicers, pursuant to law 130/1999, take care of the collection of the transferred credits and the cash and payment services on behalf of the SSPEs and the constant verification of compliance of the securitization transaction.
