Regulatory Reporting - 107 VIP
To comply with the Bank of Italy on the Watch.
The institutions concerned are factoring companies and financial institutions (leasing, consumer credit, mortgages, money transfer, etc..) Entered in the special ex. Art. 107.
The system includes:
- Power and data matching of accounts
- Production of print-outs and consultation
- Power control through upper level of the data-entry basis
- Generation 3-4-5
- Fix-level data reporting through data entry
- Production format reports in the Bank of Italy.
The reports are made according to the following deadlines:
Accounting data according to 31/12/200X-1
base 3 - delivery on 25January 200X Sections I, II
base 5 - delivery on 25 March 200X Sections IV delivery, some items of Sect. II
base 4 - delivery on 5 April 200X Sections III, V
Accounting data according to 31/03/200X
base 3 - delivery on 25 April 200X Sections I, II
base 5 – delivery on 25 April 200X Sections IV
Accounting data according to 30/06/200X
base 3 - delivery on 25 July 200X Sections I, II
base 4 - delivery on 25 September 200X Sections III,
base 5 - delivery on 25 September 200X Sections IV delivery some items of Section II
